Three pilot shapes

Shape 1 — No-credential proof / audit demo

We run the gateway locally on your call. Identity → policy → 402 → 200 → signed receipt → audit chain → proof bundle. No external dependencies. No credentials from you. Roughly 30 minutes on a call.

Shape 2 — Local x402 / emulator-backed pilot

We wire your sandbox endpoint behind the gateway with a local x402 facilitator + GCS emulator + local SIEM webhook. Real receipts, real audit chain, sandbox payments. Roughly one week of work on each side.

Shape 3 — External-operator pilot

You bring a funded testnet wallet, a real GCS bucket, a real Alertmanager tenant. We help wire the gateway against them. The pilot produces the first real externalOperatorVerified: ready row in the alpha-RC status pack.
